The current generation of air quality monitors are nothing more than reactive alarm systems. Nooku uses smart technology to monitor and improve air quality. It learns from the users' habits, helps to mitigate long-term health risks through predictive analytics, engages users through gamification and actionable insights to drive behavioural change, and can easily be expanded to cover entire homes while integrating with other smart devices for automated air treatment.
To complement Nooku’s predictive air quality platform, the team has built a set of cutting-edge indoor air quality sensing hardware (patents filed in 8 territories) to set a new standard for monitoring, user engagement, and smart home integration. Nooku has set up a 2-tier distribution model, and has successfully secured key partnerships with leading distributors to be listed, amongst others, in currys, B&Q, Robert Dyas, Staples, and VOW in the UK/Ireland. Following Nooku's exhibition at CES in 2024, the team is also in discussions with Best Buy, Target, Costco, and QVC in the US.
Nooku was founded in 2022 as a spin-out of three successful service companies in Scotland and is headquartered in Glasgow, with the team operating across the UK.
